This request for proposals seeks to fund efforts that will systematically map information about existing and ongoing research that measures the potential social and economic consequences of domestic and global food and agricultural defense/security events on vulnerable populations, political stability, as well as economic and public health impacts on communities and nations.
The RFP also seeks to fund the development and execution of a series of conferences to review the information gathered, and to produce conference proceedings that present key findings and identify possible gaps in the existing body of research.
