Requests for Proposals

Your expertise to advance the CBTS mission

Requests for Proposals or RFPs from the Cross-Border Threat Screening and Supply Chain Defense (CBTS) U.S. Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence aim to identify institutions and businesses capable of performing the services described in each request. RFPs are issued solely for information and planning purposes to accomplish market research. These requests for information do not commit CBTS or the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. If funding is available, CBTS will fund the project through a cooperative agreement. Responders are solely responsible for any preparation, information, or administrative costs incurred in responding to RFPs.
