Faculty who are teaching at Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) are eligible to apply for the 2024 Summer Research Team (SRT) program for Minority Serving Institutions sponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and administered through the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE).
This program provides support for faculty and up to two students for a 10-
week summer research session in collaboration with a DHS Center of
Excellence.
CBTS is one DHS Center of Excellence that supports SRTs each summer. We also assist teams in applying for up to $100,000 in follow-on funding from DHS.

Student deadline for application: February 2, 2024, 10:59 CST
