Join the leaders of the DHS Summer Research Team from CBTS and PVAMU as they discuss PAH detection in shrimp — the most commonly imported seafood in the United States. This project aims to create a low-cost method for detecting chemicals present at harmful levels in our food supply to protect consumers from potentially toxic compounds.
